If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Items shipped from WroughtWorks, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom orders are not returnable.
If an item does not perform satisfactorily, return it under term of our guarantee.
Returns may be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise with a copy of your order number along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
It can take up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
